Delhi's Safdarjung Hospital celebrates National Sports Day
New Delhi: Safdarjung Hospital Delhi celebrated the National Sports Day to commemorate the birth anniversary of Hockey legend Major Dhyan Chand at its premises.
The celebration was attended by the Medical Superintendent of Safdarjung Hospital, Dr Vandana Talwar.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Talwar expressed her pride in the hospital's commitment to promoting sports as an essential aspect of a healthy lifestyle.
She emphasised the importance of physical fitness in maintaining overall wellness, both for the hospital staff and the patients.
Dr Talwar also administered the Fit India pledge to all present on the occasion to live a healthy lifestyle.
