Joint Security Mock Drill held at AIIMS Awantipora
Srinagar: A joint mock drill aimed at bolstering security preparedness was conducted at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Awantipora on Tuesday.
According to a UNI report, the joint drill was conducted by Jammu Kashmir Police, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), and Army at AIIMS Awantipora on Tuesday.
During this exercise, the participating forces rehearsed counter-insurgency drills, rescue operations & evacuation protocols.

This joint Mock drill was aimed at securing vital infrastructure and critical installations in the Police District Awantipora.
The drill also incorporated cutting-edge equipment and tactical manoeuvres to ensure a highly effective approach to handling emergencies, reports UNI.
The drill was attended and supervised by senior Officers Of Police, Army, and CRPF.
Medical Dialogues had earlier reported that five months after Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath proposed the establishment of a satellite version of the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in the National Capital Region (NCR), the Uttar Pradesh Housing Board has allocated a 10-acre land parcel in Vasundhara for the project. This initiative aims to serve the growing population of Ghaziabad and the surrounding districts of western Uttar Pradesh.
