SCB Medical College and Hospital plans to send blood reports to patients' mobile phones from August 15
Cuttack: With an aim to provide better healthcare services to the patients, SCB Medical College and Hospital set to send blood test reports to their patients' cellphone. From the comfort of their homes, patients will now have access to their test results with just one click.
The hospital authorities said that the system will start functioning from August 15 and patients will receive their test results at home. The test results will be directly sent to the patient's mobile phone after conducting the test which will save time for the patient and the hospital as well.
This move received huge praise from the patients as many find it a hassle to visit the hospital for the results and wait in a long queue. This will also help in reducing the increasing number of footfalls at the hospital.
