Talking to Medical Dialogues, Dr Krishnan stated, " FAIMA has always been dedicated to safeguard the interest of the medical professionals. I am glad that I have been associated with the association for years and now I am elected as the president."

When questioned about his future plans for FAIMA, Dr Rohan said, " First I will concentrate to resolve the issues of maternal leaves. While serving their residency the DNB students often face the problem to avail maternal leaves. The authorities should introduce a proper procedure for granting maternal leave."

The doctor further added, " We will also raise voice against the incidents of violence against the medical professionals. Considering the scarcity of manpower and the tremendous work pressure during the COVID, any act of violence against the doctors must b prevented at all costs. Moreover, the doctors should have a fixed timeline. Though the Supreme court already stated that the doctors should have a fixed time of working it is hardly followed. The basic requirements of the doctors should be fulfilled."

FAIMA has recently shared the snippets of the occasion stating, " Hopefully you will discharge your duty for the best We are thankful to @dr_rakeshbagdi for selfless services towards Medical Fraternity! Long Live Doctors Unity!"
