Follow prescribed communication protocols for queries related to Department Of Training, Monitoring: NBE tells trainees and accredited institutions
Delhi: Through a recent notice, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) has notified about the communications protocols for queries pertaining to the Department of Training & Monitoring at NBEMS.
National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) in year 2021 has introduced a Communication Web Portal (CWP) to submit Counseling/ Registration/ Course fee/ Training & Monitoring related queries /grievances / requests online to NBEMS.
As per the notice, in the year 2021 Communication Web Portal (CWP) was introduced to submit Counseling/ Registration/ Course fee/ Training & Monitoring related queries /grievances/requests online to NBEMS.
The online communication web portal is the preferred mode of communication with NBEMS for all such queries. This portal allows the applicant an online tracking of the requests submitted. Queries submitted through this portal are attended by the concerned department, and response is shared to the registered email ID of the applicant.
It has been noted that many stakeholders are still communicating with NBEMS for matters related to counseling/ registration/ course fees etc., through emails at various email IDs of NBEMS, the NBE said in its notice.
As per defined protocols of communications with NBEMS, queries related to Training and monitoring sent through email shall not be attended to and responded to. Queries addressed directly to the email IDs of NBEMS officers are routed back to the concerned departments for resolution. Marking emails indiscriminately to the email IDs of all officers only delays the responses.
NBEMS trainees and accredited institutions are therefore requested to follow the prescribed communication protocols of NBEMS and submit queries/grievances/requests related to the Department of Training and Monitoring only through the NBEMS Communication Web Portal/Grievance Redressal Portal. These portals can be accessed under the “Contact Us” tab on the NBEMS website, the NBE stated.
The Government of India established the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) in 1975 with the objective of improving the quality of Medical Education by establishing high and uniform standards of postgraduate examinations in modern medicine on an all-India basis and utilizing existing infrastructure for capacity building.
