Srinagar: The health department has sealed a clinic in Dara Syedpora, Harwan, Srinagar following accusations of providing unproven medical treatments.
The clinic, operating under the name Famous Cure Quackery, was found to be performing illegal and unverified medical procedures, leading to the seizure of medicines and samples for investigation.
Speaking to Greater Kashmir, the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Srinagar, Dr Tahir Sajad, said, “The clinic, Famous Cure Quackery, has been seized in Dara Syedpora, Harwan, Srinagar. We have also seized medicines, and samples have been taken for investigation to verify their authenticity and assess any violations of medical practices.”
