Abbott India Finance Director Jyoti Saraph to resign
Mumbai: Abbott India has announced the resignation of Jyoti Saraph, Director Finance with effect from the close of business hours of June 23, 2025.
"Jyoti Saraph, Director Finance, has tendered her resignation from employment of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of June 23, 2025, to pursue opportunities outside the Company," Abbott stated in a BSE filing.
Pursuant to her resignation, she will also cease to be the Senior Management Personnel of the Company effective the said date.
Jyoti has over 25 years of rich and diverse experience across industries in India and the USA in various finance and accounting functions. Jyoti joined Abbott through the Solvay acquisition and has worked across Abbott's Pharma, Nutrition and Corporate Financial Services verticals for the last 12 years. Jyoti worked for telecom product startups in the USA before returning to India. She led the accounting function of Solvay Pharma India.
Jyoti is a qualified Cost Accountant in India and a certified Public Accountant in the USA. She has also completed the Executive MBA program at International Management Institute, New Delhi.
