Alembic Global Holding incorporates wholly-owned subsidiary in USA

Vadodara: Alembic Global Holding SA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in USA, named Alembic Lifesciences Inc.     

Alembic Global Holding SA will be making a remittance to Alembic LifeSciences Inc. towards subscription of 100% shareholding.

"Alembic LifeSciences Inc. is incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA on 13th March, 2025 and is yet to commence its business operations," the Company stated in a BSE filing.

Medical Dialogues team had earlier reported that the Company had received final approval from the US Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for Brexpiprazole Tablets, 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, 1 mg, 2 mg, 3 mg and 4 mg.
