AstraZeneca Pharma India Independent director Kimsuka Narsimhan steps down
Bangalore: AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited has recently announced that Kimsuka Narsimhan, Independent Director of the company, has retired as Director of the Company, upon completion of her term of office, at the close of business hours on February 1, 2022.
The company have not disclosed any information regarding the new director of the company.
Kimsuka Narsimhan joined the company in 2017. She used to be one of the member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (previously ICWA) as well as member of CFO Board, India and also member of Ethics Committee, PepsiCo India. She has completed her education in Bachelor of Commerce( B.com) from the University of Madras. Narsimhan is also the Gold medalist, topper in CA and a University ranker.
Her Past directorships include directorship in PepsiCo India Holdings, NourishCo (JV between Tatas and PepsiCo).

Medical Dialogues had earlier reported that the Company had appointed Ram Mudaliar as the India lead of their Clinical Data & Insights (CDI) division. Prior to his appointment as the CDI India Lead, Ram worked with AstraZeneca Canada, managing delivery of the Lung portfolio and leading Oncology data management teams in the North American region and in Europe.
