New Delhi: Aurobindo Pharma Limited has announced the resignation of Dr Sanjay Chaturvedi as Chief Executive Officer of its wholly owned subsidiary, Apitoria Pharma Private Limited, effective May 4, 2026, as he moves on to pursue another opportunity.

According to the company’s official communication dated May 4, 2026, Dr Sanjay Chaturvedi has stepped down from his role as CEO of Apitoria Pharma Private Limited. The resignation has been accepted, and he has been relieved from his duties with effect from the close of business hours on the same day.

The company clarified that the reason for his resignation is his decision to move on to a different opportunity. Apitoria Pharma Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma Limited.
