Board of Strides Pharma Science to consider fund raising through securities issuance

The Bengaluru-based company did not share details of the amount proposed to be raised.

New Delhi: Strides Pharma Science has said that its board will meet next week to consider raising funds through issuance of securities.

The meeting of the committee of directors is scheduled to be held on July 25, to consider and approve the raising of funds by way of issuance of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis, the company stated in a BSE filing.

The Bengaluru-based company did not share details of the amount proposed to be raised.

Strides is a global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Bengaluru, India. The Company mainly operates in the regulated markets and has an "in Africa for Africa" strategy along with an institutional business to service donor-funded markets.
