CDSCO Revises Public Hearing Schedule

New Delhi: Through a recent notice, the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO), the Directorate General of Health Services,the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, has revised the public hearing schedule at their Public Relations Office (PRO) in the interest of strengthening regulatory guidance for stakeholders and innovators.

This revision builds upon earlier notices dated 04.10.2019, 10.12.2021, and 22.02.2022, aiming to improve access and streamline regulatory consultations.

The notice mentioned, "The schedule is revised in the public interest."

As per the revised schedule, the PRO at CDSCO (HQ), New Delhi, will be operational every day except holidays from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM in the following manner to strengthen the process of regulatory guidance to stakeholders and innovators. However, it is further noted that on Monday, stakeholders may visit from 3:00 PM till 6:00 PM.

In addition to the above, the notice stated that all stakeholders may avail themselves of the facilities as per their requirements.
