Cipla Revises Authorised Officials for Material Event Disclosures

Mumbai: Cipla Limited has announced changes to its Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) and officers authorised to determine the materiality of events and make disclosures under Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The revised authorisations were approved by the company's Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 23, 2026, and will come into effect from July 24, 2026.

The company informed the stock exchanges that the Board, at its meeting held on July 23, 2026, approved the revised list of authorised Key Managerial Personnel and officers responsible for determining the materiality of events or information and making disclosures to stock exchanges in compliance with the SEBI Listing Regulations.

Under the revised authorisation, Achin Gupta, Managing Director and Global Chief Executive Officer, has been designated as one of the authorised Key Managerial Personnel. Dinesh Jain, Global Chief Financial Officer, has also been included among the authorised officials responsible for disclosures under Regulation 30(5).

The Board has further authorised Rajendra Chopra, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and Meera Vanjari, Chief General Counsel (Global), to act as authorised officers under the SEBI Listing Regulations. The company also disclosed the official contact details, including the corporate address, email IDs and telephone number, for each of the authorised personnel to facilitate regulatory communication.

Cipla stated that the authorised officials will operate from the company's registered office, Cipla House, Peninsula Business Park, Ganpatrao Kadam Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai – 400013. The designated email addresses for the authorised officials are md@cipla.com, cfo@cipla.com, cosecretary@cipla.com, and meera.vanjari@cipla.com, with the contact telephone number 022-41916000.
