Granules Pharma incorporates wholly owned subsidiary in Canada
Telangana: Granules India has announced that Granules Pharmaceuticals, a Wholly Owned foreign subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary, namely “Granules Pharmaceuticals Canada, Inc.” in Canada.
The newly incorporated entity will engage in the business of Prescription Generic pharmaceuticals.
Granules Pharmaceuticals, Inc. will hold 100 percent of the equity capital in Granules Pharmaceuticals Canada, Inc.
In September, Granules India Limited, in partnership with the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), S.A.S Nagar, inaugurated the Dr. Chigurupati Centre of Excellence in Innovative and Sustainable Pharmaceutical Development (CCE-ISPD).
