Healthium Medtech appoints Vinod T Varghese as Group Chief Human Resources Officer
Mumbai: Healthium Medtech, a global medtech company focused on products in the surgical, post-surgical, advanced wound care, arthroscopy and infection prevention segments, has announced the appointment of Vinod T. Varghese as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Vinod is an accomplished HR leader with over 29 years of experience across industries such as FMCG, financial services, IT & ITes, industrial products and EPC. He has led the HR function in several reputed organisations, including Alstom Transport, 3M, Colt Technology Services, Ernst & Young, HSBC and Shaw Wallace & Company Ltd. Vinod is a graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and a Management Post-Graduate from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi.
In his new role, Vinod will be responsible for driving the people strategy to align talent, culture and leadership with business goals. He will oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, including HR business partnering, talent management, change management, leadership development, succession planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, post-merger HR integration, benefits administration and HR operations. Vinod will be based at Healthium’s corporate office in Hebbal and will report directly to the CEO & MD, Anish Bafna.
