Lincoln Pharma re-appoints Mahendra G Patel as MD

Lincoln Pharma has announced the re-appointment of Mahendra G Patel as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years.

"We wish to inform that upon recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 07, 2025, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Mahendra G. Patel (DIN:00104706) as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 (Five) years beginning from October 01, 2025 to September 30, 2030 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting," the company stated in a BSE filing.

Mahendra G. Patel is a Law Graduate from Gujarat University. He has been serving as the Managing Director of the Company since Company’s incorporation. He is carrying more than 45 years of experience in Pharma Industry. He is the promoter of the Company and well acquainted with the industry and areas in which the Company operates.  

Mahendra G. Patel is father of Munjal M. Patel and brother of Rajnikant G. Patel.

Lincoln Pharmaceutical Company was established in 1979 by Rajani G. Patel andHasmukhbhai I. Patel as a founder member with other fellow partners. Gradually, the Company was expanding its reach in the Domestic market. In the year 1990, Mahendra G. Patel also joined the Company. Also under his leadership, the Company got listed on BSE in the year 1996. After which the new tablet, ointment, capsule plant was established.

The manufacturing facility of Lincoln Pharmaceuticals is based at Khatraj, Gujarat sharing the same dais as with the International standards. Its lab has been given ISO 9001:2015 certifications.
