New Delhi: Mankind Pharma Limited has elevated Deepak Sharma to Senior General Manager and Head, Learning & Development and Recruitment, India & International Business, and Aparajita Nandita Raychaudhuri to Senior Vice President and Head of API Sales and Marketing. The two appointments strengthen the company's leadership across human resources, talent development, recruitment and active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) sales and marketing.
Deepak Sharma brings more than 29 years of professional experience spanning learning and development, sales training, leadership development, recruitment and pharmaceutical business operations. His experience includes building workforce capabilities, developing talent and supporting organisational growth across the pharmaceutical sector.
In his expanded role at Mankind Pharma, Sharma will continue to lead learning and development and recruitment initiatives across the company's Indian and international businesses. His responsibilities include supporting talent development, organisational capability building and workforce requirements to meet the company's business needs.
Before his elevation, exchange4media reports that Sharma served as Head – Learning & Development and Recruitment, India & International Business, at Mankind Pharma for nearly two years. His progression to Senior General Manager represents an expansion of his leadership responsibilities within the organisation. Prior to joining Mankind Pharma, he worked at Alembic Pharmaceuticals as Lead – Learning & Development (HR), where he was associated with learning and development functions.
In a separate leadership elevation, Aparajita Nandita Raychaudhuri has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Head of API Sales and Marketing at Mankind Pharma. Before her promotion, she was serving as Vice President and Head of API Sales and Marketing at the company.
Raychaudhuri brings substantial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having spent 17 years at Lupin before joining Mankind Pharma. Earlier in her career, she also worked with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals and Torrent Pharmaceuticals, gaining experience across established pharmaceutical organisations.
Following her elevation, Raychaudhuri will head the company's API sales and marketing function as Senior Vice President.
