New Delhi: Mankind Pharma on Monday said it has sold a 100 per cent stake in Broadway Hospitality Services to AKRK Projects LLP.

Accordingly, Broadway has ceased to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company with effect from August 31, 2026, the pharmaceutical company said in a regulatory filing.

"In continuation to our earlier intimation dated July 11, 2026, we wish to inform you that the company has completed the transaction on August 31, 2026, by transferring its 100 per cent stake held in Broadway Hospitality Services Private Limited to AKRK Projects LLP and its partners," it said.

In its filing to the exchanges on July 11, Mankind Pharma had said the total consideration for the divestment was Rs 49 crore, subject to any closing adjustment.
