Mankind Pharma to constitute committee to evaluate ways to integrate BSV
New Delhi: Mankind Pharma has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting has inter-alia, considered and approved the constitution of a ‘Structural Integration Committee’ to consider and evaluate various structural alternatives to integrate Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (“BSV”) into Mankind Pharma Limited’s (“Company”) eco system (“Proposed Structural Integration”).
Medical Dialogues team had earlier reported that the Company had completed the transaction to acquire Bharat Serums and Vaccines Ltd (BSV), for a consideration of Rs 13,768 crore.

BSV, has developed recombinant and niche biologic products in-house, demonstrating its strong R&D capabilities and boasts of a robust branded product portfolio across women's health, fertility, critical care and immunoglobulins.
Founded in 1991 and commenced operation in 1995, Mankind Pharma is a pharmaceutical company engaged in developing, manufacturing and marketing a diverse range of pharmaceutical formulations across various acute and chronic therapeutic areas, as well as several consumer healthcare products.
