Mankind Pharma to establish pet food manufacturing facility in Telangana

The company will invest Rs 159 Crores to establish a manufacturing plant.

Hyderabad: Mankind, one of India's leading Company in Pharmaceuticals and consumer products, which also flourishing pet care business, to set up world class pet food manufacturing facility in Telangana.

This was announced by Telangana Minister for Industries K T Ramao Rao after releasing Industries and commerce Department's Annual Report 2021-22 here on Monday.
The company will invest Rs 159 Crores to establish a manufacturing plant.
This plant will augment the agri-food ecosystem of the state as it will utilize agriculture cereals such as Rice and Maize.
It will also utilize meat and fish waste, lending support to the growing meat and fisheries sector in the state.
Mankind Pharma is the fourth largest pharmaceutical company in India headquartered in New Delhi, India.
Its products range from Pharma, OTC and FMCG brands like Manforce Condoms, Unwanted 72, Prega News, Gas-O-Fast, Health OK Tablets, Acnestar Gel, Betakind Gargle and many others.
