Meril has named Faisal Shah Mohammad as Business Head - Neurovascular, based in Delhi.

With over two decades of experience in the medical device industry, Faisal brings a strong track record in building neurovascular businesses, launching breakthrough therapies, and shaping clinical training ecosystems in highly specialized care segments.

At Meril, he will lead the global Neurovascular portfolio—driving innovation, strategic alignment, and deeper engagement across markets.

An alumnus of FMS Delhi, he is known for his collaborative leadership style and focus on patient-first progress.

Faisal joined Meril in March this year. Prior to Meril, he served as Business Unit Director at Stryker Neurovascular. He also held roles at Trivitron Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. and Boston Scientific.

In May, the company also named Biplab G. as its Business Head - APAC, Arthroplasty Portfolio, based in Mumbai, with a planned transition to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
