Natco Pharma announces key leadership appointments across quality, operations, regulatory, distribution teams
Hyderabad: Natco Pharma has announced several leadership appointments, effective from June 1, 2025, across its quality, operations, regulatory, and distribution departments.
Dilip Manikchand Dhore has been designated as Vice President – Corporate Quality Assurance. He is a Post Graduate in Chemistry with overall experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control and regulatory Affairs. He has been associated with the Company for past 15 years. Prior to that he was associated with Mylan India Private Limited as Senior Manager - Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs.
Additionally, Amber Roy has been appointed as Associate Vice President – Distribution. Roy has extensive experience in managing supply chain, Distribution & Logistics of finished and cold chain products including sample and promotional stocks, Depot, CFA Management, Commercial, Planning, Replenishment. He has been associated with the Company for the past 9 years. Prior to that he was associated with Dr. Reddy’s Labs Limited.
Furthermore, Addagada Veeranarayana and Parupalli Sreenivasa Rao have been appointed as Associate Vice Presidents – Operations. Addagada is competent and result oriented professional with 24 years of dynamic career in managing operations of pharmaceutical dosage forms. He has been associated with the Company for the past 5 years.
Sreenivasa Rao is a seasoned pharmaceutical professional with a post graduate degree in pharmacy and over 37 years of comprehensive experience in pharmaceutical formulations. Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing operations, plant administration, and regulatory compliance across diverse product lines. Proven leadership in managing large scale production units, ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Adept at aligning manufacturing strategies with organizational goals while fostering a culture of operational excellence and team development.
Lastly, Kurada Venkata Maruti Ramchander has been named Associate Vice President – Regulatory Affairs. Kurada has more than 16 years pharmaceutical experience comprising 8 years in regulatory Affairs. He is well versed with regulatory requirements for dossier submissions. He has been associated with the Company for past 10 years. Prior to that he was associated with Mylan Laboratories Limited.
