NIPER, Zeon Lifesciences ink pact to establish academic interaction, research advancement
The objective of this collaboration is to carry out R&D projects to examine the product formulation and its development in the fields of Nutraceuticals, Ayurveda, and Phytopharmaceuticals.;
New Delhi: Zeon Lifesciences, an Indian manufacturer of nutraceuticals and herbal products has announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on their collaborative joint venture with the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) S.A.S. Nagar Mohali with an intent to focus on academic interaction and research advancement in the specified fields, as well as to share facilities and expertise.
Through the proposed partnership under this MoU, NIPER & Zeon will conduct collaborative research activities at NIPER Mohali encompassing pharmaceutical technology, synthesis, analytical techniques, pharmacotherapeutics, and standardization of herbal actives and protocols adopted to comply with the regulatory milieu of the region/country concerned. NIPER Mohali has CIL (Central instrument Laboratories), which is equipped with highly sophisticated equipment & definitely will assist in innovative outcomes of this joint research program.
