No additional tariffs imposed on Indian exports to US in pharma sector: Govt

New Delhi: No additional tariffs have been imposed on Indian exports to the United States in key sectors such as pharmaceuticals and electronics so far, the government informed on Tuesday.
In a written response to the Lok Sabha, Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Jitin Prasada stated that reciprocal tariff at the rate of 25 per cent has been imposed on certain goods exported from India to the US, effective August 7.
