Reckitt has named Karandeep Singh Duggal as new Region Head-Central India.

Karandeep shared the news in a recent LinkedIn post, stating, "I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Region Head-Central India at Reckitt! I am thankful to Gaurav Jain, Anurag Sharma, Abhishikta Das for entrusting me with the opportunity where I am keen to learn, leverage my comptencies to create impact and win together. I want to compliment Nalini Malik for a seamless selection & onboarding process."

Karandeep Singh Duggal is a seasoned Marketing & Sales Leader who has a proven track record in building business, staging business turnaround. He has over 15 plus years of experience across healthcare, Food & Beverages, Oral & Personal Care, Hair & Skin care, Laundry & Home care categories.

In his new role, he is responsible for overall business delivery across all channels like GT, MT, Ecom & CnC across 4 states of MP, Chhatisgarh, Rajasthan & Gujarat. He is also a part of SLT (Sales Leadership Team) of Reckitt in India and leads the RLT across all functions of Sales, HR, Finance, Supply Chain. Trade marketing, GTM strategy & administration.

He oversees a team of 2 RSM's, 9 ASM's, 1 RSDM, 1 RTMM, 1 BHRM & 120+ Reckitt employees with a network of 194+ distributors, 71+ Super stockists, 400+ salesman and 400+ Modern trade promoters.

Prior to Reckitt, Karandeep held several leadership roles at Unilever over a span of five years, serving as Consumer Cluster Head (Sales Director) and Consumer Cluster Manager. She also spent over eight years at GSK.
