Sanofi India ropes in Sudipta Chakraborty as Head of Legal, India
Mumbai: Sanofi India has announced the appointment of Sudipta Chakraborty as the Head of Legal, India, effective from 2nd June 2025.
"We wish to inform you that, upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors have appointed Ms. Sudipta Chakraborty as the Head of Legal, India, effective from 2nd June 2025," Sanofi India informed in a BSE filing.
With over 20 years of experience in the Legal function across various industries, Sudipta Chakraborty specializes in dealing with Legal, Compliance, Patents and Trademark laws. She has a businesscentric approach in managing complex legal, regulatory and compliance mandates. She joins Sanofi India Limited from Aditya Birla Group where she was designated as the Vice President - Group Legal & Compliance. She holds BA LLB (Honours) degree from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
