Syngene International names Chethan Yogesh as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer

Bengaluru: Syngene International has announced the appointment of Chethan Yogesh as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (being Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company w.e.f. July 23, 2025.
"We would like to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. on July 23, 2025, has approved the appointment of Mr. Chethan Yogesh (ICSI Membership No.: FCS 9445) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (being Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company w.e.f. July 23, 2025 pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 6 of SEBI Listing Regulations and Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013," Syngene stated in a BSE filing.
Chethan Yogesh is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce. With over 16 years of experience, he is a seasoned Company Secretary and Compliance Leader with deep expertise in corporate governance, legal affairs, financial operations, and CSR. He currently serves as the Company Secretary at Syngene, where he leads key initiatives in board governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate secretarial matters. Prior to this, he was the Head of Company Secretarial at Syngene, playing a pivotal role in strengthening governance frameworks.
