Mumbai: Indoco Remedies has announced the appointment of Vaibhav Sinha as Senior Management Personnel designated as Vice President- Business Development-Rest of the World of the Company with effect from 05th November, 2024.

Vaibhav Sinha is a commerce graduate and has completed MBA in International Business from Delhi School of Economics and PG Diploma in Finance from Institute of Management Sciences. He has 19+ years industry experience with global companies like
Sun Pharma,
Ranbaxy and DSM with exposure to multiple product segments and markets. He was last employed with Sun Pharma as Head of Business Development, Licensing, Portfolio and Acquisitions (Asia and Africa). He has expertise in licensing (In/Out), M&A, portfolio planning, new launches, business strategy and analysis, techno commercial due diligence, deal structuring with hands on exposure of working for NCEs, Biologics/Biosimilars, Rx, OTC and complex products.

Indoco is a fully integrated, research-oriented pharmaceutical company with presence in 55 countries. The Company’s turnover is US$ 200 million. The Company has 9 manufacturing facilities, 6 for FDFs and 3 for APIs, supported by a state-of-the-art R&D Centre and a CRO facility. The facilities have been approved by most of the Regulatory Authorities including USFDA and UK-MHRA. Indoco develops and manufactures a wide range of pharmaceutical products for the Indian and international markets. It generates more than 107 million prescriptions annually from over 2,30,000 doctors belonging to various specialties.
