Zydus Cadila arm to sell 2 brands Mifegest, Cytolog to Integrace

Ahmedabad: Zydus Healthcare Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Zydus Cadila has announced that the company has entered into an agreement with Integrace Private Limited ("Purchaser") to sell two brands viz. Mifegest and Cytolog.

The companies have entered into an agreement on September 20, 2021.

"The said transaction is expected to be completed within 30 days from the date of execution of agreement subject to customary approvals," the company said in a BSE filing.

Integrace is a part of the portfolio companies of PE firm True North. The said transaction is not a related party transaction.

Zydus Pharmaceuticals Inc, USA had earlier signed a license and supply agreement with CHEMI SpA of Italy, a subsidiary of Italfarmaco Group, to launch the generic equivalent of Sanofi Aventis's branded product Lovenox (Enoxaparin Sodium Injection) in seven dosage strengths in the United States (US). 

Headquartered in Ahmedabad, the company discovers, develops, manufactures, and markets a broad range of healthcare therapies.
