Zydus Wellness incorporates wholly owned subsidiary in UK

Ahmedabad: Zydus Wellness Limited has announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary named Alidac UK Limited in the United Kingdom, further expanding its international footprint in the investment and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) space.

According to the company’s regulatory filing with the BSE, the new subsidiary is formed with the primary objective of investment and trading in the FMCG.

Alidac UK Limited has been registered with an initial capital of GBP 100, representing 100 ordinary equity shares of GBP 1 each, fully subscribed in cash. The new entity is currently yet to commence operations.

Established in 1988, Zydus Wellness Ltd. is a consumer wellness company with an Indian heritage and a global footprint.
