Zydus Wellness sees exit of Head-R&D, Head-GDSO

Ahmedabad: Zydus Wellness has announced the resignation of Dr. Siva M. Sivaramakrishnan, Head-R&D and Manoj Kothari, Head-GDSO, forming part of Senior Management of the Company.

"We hereby inform that Dr. Siva M. Sivaramakrishnan, Head-R&D and Mr. Manoj Kothari, Head-GDSO, forming part of Senior Management of the Company, have tendered their resignation effective from close of business hours on July 31, 2025," Zydus Wellness informed in a BSE filing.

"While I had a great time in Zydus and working closely with you and contributing to various launches, transformations and innovations, after very careful thought and deliberation, I have decided to pursue a better career opportunity and hence I am resigning as the Head of R&D and the Services of the Company as discussed. As aligned with you , my last working day will be the 31 st of July 2025. I have been doing everything in my abilities to ensure as much launch readiness for all NPD and non-NPD/explorations commitments for the year which I am sure would enable a smooth transition and continued capability building to serve a much bigger Zydus Wellness! I wish you and Zydus Wellness the very best," Dr. Siva said in his resignation letter.
