Sriram Padmanabhan Promoted to Director - Healthcare at Dabur India

Sriram Padmanabhan has been elevated from Head-Healthcare Business to Director-Healthcare at Dabur India Limited on 30 July 2026. He will now lead the portfolio strategy, commercial growth, and market expansion across the company's FMCG, Ayurveda and dermatology categories.

Dabur India Limited is one of India's oldest and largest FMCG companies, with a portfolio spanning healthcare, personal care, food and beverages. Built on the legacy of Ayurveda, the company has grown its healthcare business through new product categories, wider distribution, and entry into various segments such as dermatology, making it a leading player in consumer healthcare.

Padmanabhan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University (2001) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon (2003). He has also completed an Executive Development Programme at CEDEP, Fontainebleau.

Padmanabhan brings over 21 years of experience across the consumer healthcare and FMCG sectors. He has been associated with the company's healthcare vertical since 2025, having previously worked at Dabur Foods Limited earlier in his career. Before this, he served as Marketing Director at Danone India, where he led marketing and innovation initiatives in the nutrition category. Earlier, he headed innovation for the Boost brand at GSK Consumer Healthcare India, and held marketing and leadership roles at Abbott Nutrition, Kimberly-Clark Lever, Times Internet, and Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance.
