AIIMS Announces Provisional Seat Allotment for NORCET 7 Phase-II, Details
New Delhi- All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has announced the provisional seat allotment to the Institute/Hospital for Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET-07) Phase-II.
As per the notice in this regard, the Online Allocation of Institute for Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET-7) Stage-II of participating Institutes is based on the application for allocation of Institute, NORCET-07 (Stage-II) Rank, choices exercised by the provisionally qualified candidates from 23 to 30 October 2024 (05.00 PM) was extended upto 03 November 2024 (5.00 PM).
Accordingly, the provisional allocation of the Institute has been done on the basis of the candidate's NORCET -7 stage-II Rank and application of the Institute allocation.
Meanwhile, all the provisionally selected candidates must log in through My Page, accept the allocation made, and upload the coloured scanned copy of the required original certificate latest by 21 November 2024 (5.00 PM) and report as per instruction by the allocated Institute. Institute/Hospital may issue dates/process of reporting as per approval of respective competent authority at respective Institute directly to the candidate after publication of this result.
Along with this, all candidates who have been allocated any institute are required to upload the following document in the NORCET portal as an e-Dossier from 14 to 21 November 2024 (5.00 PM)-
1 Proof of Date of Birth or Class 10th (Matriculation) Certificate.
2 Proof of Essential Educational Qualification (Original, Provisional, Degree, Diploma, Certificate) along with Proof of Date of Result Declaration/Issue of Certificate.
3 Registration Certificate as a Grade “A” Nurse or Midwife from the State/Indian Nursing Council.
4 Experience Certificates in case of Diploma (GNM) Holder indicating Number of Beds of Hospital and Duration of Experience.
5 NOC -Candidates are required to upload NOC who are currently working in Central/State/PSB/PSU bodies.
6 Valid Category Certificate for SC/ST/OBC/EWS.
7 PWBD Certificate showing the extent of disability issued by authorized/competent authority.
8 Registration Slip of online registration having Candidate Signature.
9 Admit Card having Candidate Signature.
10 Copies of the original ID Card for proof of Identity issued from any government authority.
11 Latest Photograph.
12 Scanned Signature.
13 Scanned Left thumb impression.
14 Standard Declaration (Form A).
15 Copy of Address proof issued by any government authority like Electricity Bill, Ration Card, Voter Card etc.
However, for candidates who fail to upload & produce valid category certificates (OBC/EWS/SC/ST/PWBD etc.), during document verification, as per the claimed category in the registration form, the candidature will stand cancelled without any further notice.
Document verification may be started immediately after the declaration of this result of online seat allocation. All participating Institute/Hospitals are required to complete document Verification and issue of appointment letter with the approval of the respective competent authority at the respective Institute/Hospital at the earliest. In case any Institute/Hospital announce document verification before the closing date of the specified date to Accept all candidates are required to proceed by doing online acceptance & uploading of documents simultaneously & immediately.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1 The result is provisional and subject to verification and fulfilment of the eligibility conditions.
2 The Institute allocation has been done in order of merit on the basis of NORCET-07 Stage-II Rank, according to the online application for allocation of Institutes in order of preference and availability of seats in respective categories at respective participating AIIMS.
3 The eligibility of PWBD candidates is subject to the examination and decision of the appropriate Medical Board /Technical Committee as may be constituted by the competent authorities at the respective Institute. In case a candidate is not found suitable for the allotted PwBD category, the candidature will be treated as cancelled without any further notice.
4 The appointment of the provisionally selected candidate will be strictly subject to verification of all original certificates of the candidate. All original certificates and eligibility criteria will be thoroughly verified by the respective Institute/Hospitals at the time of reporting/joining. If any false/wrong information is found at any stage, the candidature of the candidate will be treated as withdrawn/cancelled.
5 It is to be noted that the inclusion in the list cannot be claimed as a right to employment to the post of Nursing Officer for participating AIIMS.
6 The MOHFW, Govt. of India, Participating AIIMS and competent authority reserves the right to use or not to use the above list.
7 Candidates who have been allocated Institute are mandatorily required to select the option to ACCEPT the offered seat and report to the respective allocation Institute as per the schedule notified by the respective Institute/Hospital.
8 If a candidate is offered a post at any of the Institutes and does not report to the Institute/Hospital within the time notified by the respective institution, then it will be considered as a refusal by the candidate to accept any of the offered Institute and his/her candidature for this will be cancelled.
9 It is to be noted that if any candidate has been allocated a seat and does not respond in any of the above manner, his/her seat allocation shall stand cancelled.
10 Participating AIIMS may prefer the verification in online/offline mode as they deem suitable to conduct. The respective Institute/Hospital shall publish the schedule of document verification for an allocated candidate, as per the decision of the competent authority at that Institute/hospital subject to the last date.
11 All participating AIIMS reserves the right to cancel the candidature in case of failure in submission of the document required as per eligibility criteria.
12 There is no further round of allocation or waiting list.
