Delhi: GB Pant Nursing Assistant held for demanding 25000 bribe for admitting injured patient to LNJP Hospital
According to officials, Kumar was first taken to LNJP hospital for treatment by the complainant, where he was refused admission on the pretext of the non-availability of a ventilator bed. The complainant then met alleged Rasheed Ahmed, who told him to pay a bribe of Rs 25,000 to get admission to the LNJP hospital.;

New Delhi: A 48-year-old nursing orderly of GB Pant Hospital was arrested by the Delhi Government's Anti-Corruption Branch for allegedly demanding a bribe of Rs 25,000 to get an injured patient admitted to the adjacent LNJP hospital.
The accused has been identified as Rasheed Ahmed, resident of staff quarters, GB Pant Hospital, working as Nursing Orderly in the Endoscopy department of the facility.
