An inter ministerial coordination committee under the supervision of the central govt will soon be formed to closely monitor the growth of the 2 Lakh crore Indian pharma sector.
Department of Pharmaceuticals Secretary V K Subburaj, will supervise the committee while representatives from 10 different department or bodies will form the core member team .
So, now the pharmaceutical companies will have access to one central body to listen to their concerning issues, and getting them resolved through a common channel of communication.
