Cuttack: One more baby was found missing from the gynaecology department of the SCB Medical College and hospital, the police said.


Although, no FIR has been registered as yet, the Mangalabag police confirmed the report of a seven-day-old baby boy missing from the hospital.


The police said it was waiting for a written complaint to register a case.


Sources said that Hara Patra of neighbouring Dhenkanal district had brought her nephew to the hospital for giving polio drops this afternoon. Introducing himself to be a hospital staff, an unidentified person took the infant into the ward for giving polio and he did not return.
