New Delhi: In a remarkable turn of events, Dr Tanu Jain, who transitioned from a medical career to become an IAS officer, has now made a bold decision to step away from her civil services role and embrace full-time teaching after 7 years of service.
Despite securing success as an IAS officer in the 2015 batch, Dr Tanu Jain has chosen to chart a new professional venture.
Hailing from the Sadar area of Delhi and an alumna of Cambridge School, Tanu Jain pursued a degree in BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from Subharti Medical College before making her mark in the UPSC exam. While immersed in her dentistry studies, Tanu Jain commenced her UPSC preparation, eventually focusing on becoming an IAS officer.
