New Delhi: In compliance with the decision pronounced by the Delhi High Court that doctor's prescription is not mandatory for COVID-19 testing, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday said he has directed Health Minister Satyendar Jain that doctor's prescription should not be asked for COVID-19 testing in Delhi.
This came after the Delhi High Court bench headed by Justice Hima Kohli and Subramonium Prasad directed the Delhi government to re-strategies the COVID testing plans to make that any person who wants to get tested can do so without a prescription issued by a doctor.
