Haryana: Fraudster booked for using fake papers to obtain blood centre licence
Gurugram: The Food and Drugs Administration recently registered an FIR against a Hisar-based resident for producing forged documents for obtaining a licence of a blood centre.
In the documents, Sandeep Kumar showed himself as a manager of Aarvy Healthcare and Superspecialty Hospital, Sector 90, Gurugram, according to police.

He applied for the licence in the name of the hospital, which has denied filing any application for the centre, police said.
The hospital had, on September 15, submitted a complaint to the police, alleging the misuse of its stationery and the signature of doctors and directors by an unknown person.
The case against Kumar was lodged on Thursday on the authorities' complaint.
The FIR has been registered under Sections 420 (cheating), 467 (forgery of valuable security), 468 (forgery for purpose of cheating), 471 (using the forged document), 120-B (criminal conspiracy) of the IPC at the Kherki Daula police station.
