Jammu: GMC Principal inspects COVID 19 isolation facility, asks to provide logistical support to patients, staff members
The patients confirmed that doctors are visiting them regularly and any emergency medical complaints are being dealt with swiftly.
Jammu: Jammu Government Medical College and Hospital, Principal, Dr Naseeb Chand Digra on Tuesday inspected the working in the hospital and sanitization around the complex flanked by joint teams of Hospital Administration, Engineering Wings, and Sanitation besides other helpers.
Dr Digra, with Dr Keerti Bhushan Sharma, Medical Superintendent Psychiatric Diseases Hospital Jammu, officiating Superintendent GMC, Medical Officer Store, Dr Trisal, a team of Doctors and nursing staff had a detailed round of COVID 19 isolation facility at GMC Jammu.
In total 32 patients were admitted in the facility against the bed strength of 33, two patients were discharged on Tuesday.

Each patient was personally visited and enquired about their well being, expectations, and requirements by the inspecting teams. All patients were satisfied with the arrangements and their medical management.
The patients confirmed that doctors are visiting them regularly and any emergency medical complaints are being dealt with swiftly. Some minor logistical problems which the patients told were dealt with then and there only.
It was impressed upon the clinic team to leave no stone unturned in the best possible management of patients. In addition, the administrative team was asked to provide appropriate logistical support to the staff members and patients.
