Maha: Man loses Rs 40 lakh while trying to get MBBS seat for daughter, 4 booked

Nagpur: A 52-year-old Nagpur resident fell victim to an advertisement about MBBS admissions and lost Rs 40 lakh to fraudsters who promised to arrange a medical seat for his daughter in a medical course.
Police have registered a case against four persons for allegedly duping the resident, an official said.
The offence took place in 2017 and the victim lodged a police complaint here in Maharashtra on Monday, he said.
