OJEE releases reporting Process for MBBS, BDS candidates after upgradation round of seat allotment
Bhubaneswar: Through a recent notification, the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) has released the Process of reporting for MBBS and BDS candidates after upgradtion round of allotment of seats
The results of upgradation round of allotment of seats for MBBS / BDS courses have been published. The candidates can download their allotment letters using their login id and password.
All the candidates who have got allotment, including those who got allotment in the previous rounds, are requested to carefully go through the following process of reporting and further allotment.
1. The candidates who have got allotment for the 1st time, are to follow the steps as mentioned below :
a) Payment of Admission Fees
Admission fee can be paid online for any amount less than Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) through the login id of the candidate. The amount may also be paid by Demand Draft. For Admission fees above Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only), the candidate has to submit the fees in the form of DD drawn on any Bank in favour of "OJEE", payable at Bhubaneswar.
b) Physical Reporting at OJEE Cell, Bhubaneswar
All the newly allotted candidates have to report at OJEE Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar during 21-12-2020 and 22-12-2020 and to deposit the DD (if not paid online) of requisite admission fees drawn in favour of "OJEE" and payable at Bhubaneswar, submit CLC/SLC and furnish, for verification, all other original documents like Board Certificate/Birth Certificate, +2 Mark Sheet, +2 Pass Certificate, Nativity Certificates, NRI documents etc. as uploaded during registration process.
For successful reporting, a candidate has to follow the above steps without fail. Otherwise, he/she will be out of the system and the allotted seat will be cancelled.
2. The candidates who got allotment in the previous round(s) and have already reported (by following due procedure of fee payment and other steps) have to follow the steps as mentioned below :
a) All the candidates allotted in Government Colleges, having been upgraded from-Govt-to-Govt colleges or having retained the previous allotment, have to report to the final allotted college.
b) The students previously allotted in MBBS course in private college and now upgraded to MBBS/BDS course at Govt colleges have to report at the allotted college. They are also advised to apply to OJEE for refund of the differential amount, as applicable.
c) The students, previously allotted in MBBS / BDS course in Hi-Tech Medical College, Rourkela and now upgraded to MBBS course in Hi-Tech Medical College, Bhubaneswar / Rourkela have to pay the differential amount of fees in the shape of DD as mentioned in 1(b) at OJEE Cell, Gandamunda during 21-12-2020 to 22-12-2020 and then, to report at the allotted college.
3. All the candidates must contact and report at their allotted colleges latest by 23.12.2020.
4. After completion of physical reporting, if there remains still some vacancy, a Spot Round of admission shall be conducted, the date and procedure of which shall be notified at a later date.
