Punjab health worker arrested for taking Rs 50,000 bribe for amendment in medico-legal report
Giving details he informed that the said complainant has alleged in his complaint that the above said health official had taken Rs 50,000 for helping him in lieu of amendment in a medico-legal report (MLR) after an enquiry from a special board of doctors.;

Chandigarh: The Punjab Vigilance Bureau (VB) during its anti-corruption campaign has arrested Sanjeev Singh, resident of village Bareke, posted as field worker, civil hospital Mamdot, Ferozepur district for allegedly demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs 50,000.
Disclosing this here on Friday, a spokesperson of the VB said the above-mentioned official has been arrested on the complaint of Jagdish Singh, resident of village Mallwal Kadeem, Ferozepur district who has lodged a complaint on the Chief Minister's Anti-Corruption Action Line in this regard.
