GMC Nagapattinam MBBS student found dead inside hostel room

Nagapattinam: In an unfortunate incident, a 22-year-old third-year MBBS student at Government Medical College, Nagapattinam was found dead in his hostel room.
The deceased was a native of Pandavapuram in Kottur village, Kancheepuram district. He was studying in his third year of MBBS and living in the college hostel.
The incident took place after he had gone to his room on Tuesday night, saying he wanted to study. When he did not come out the next morning, his friends became worried. They tried calling his phone, but there was no response. The students then broke open the door and found him dead.
