Chennai: The Directorate of Medical Education and Selection Committee (TN Health Tamil Nadu) has released the prospectus and Tentative counselling schedule concerning the extension of the mop-up round for PG medical admission for BCM, SCA & ST (already applied but not allotted) candidates only.

All those seeking PG Medical admissions to government medical colleges, government seats in self-financing medical colleges & Rajah Muthiah Medical College (Annamalai University) 2020-2021 session are requested to view the schedule and the necessary details as mentioned below:

The clause of the prospectus

35. (a) Any remaining unfilled seats for want of an adequate number of eligible candidates belonging to SCA community shall be filled by candidates belonging to SC community as per merit and vice versa. (G.O. (Ms.) No.55, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, dated 08.04.2010.)

(b) Any remaining reserved seats in ST Quota for want of an adequate number of eligible candidates belonging to ST community shall be allotted to candidates belonging to SC Community as per merit. (G.O. (Ms.) No.77 Health and Family Welfare (MCA.1) Department, dated 24.02.2011.)

(c) Any remaining unfilled seats in BCM Community for want of an adequate number of eligible candidates after exhausting the merit list shall be filled up on merit basis by candidates belonging to BC community without exceeding the quota for BC community as a whole. (G.O.(Ms.) No.30, Health and Family Welfare (MCA 1) Department, dated 18.01.2012)

 Since remaining unfilled BCM, SCA and ST seat after this counselling (for BCM, SCA and ST ) will be converted as per clause of above said, So already applied but Not allotted BCM, SCA and ST candidates can participate in this counselling for currently available seats with in the scheduled date and time.
 Already applied but not participated in 1st or 2nd or MOP UP Round of counseling BCM, SCA and ST candidates can also participate in this counseling. They have to pay a non-refundable amount of ₹. 1000/- through online as a processing fee by using Debit Card /Net Banking or Credit Card.
 The BCM, SCA and ST candidates who have already paid in1st or 2nd or MOP UP Round of counselling and not allotted need not to pay counseling fee (Rs.1000/-) again.
 Selected but not reported candidates BCM, SCA and ST candidates can also participate in this counseling. They have to pay a non-refundable amount of ₹. 1000/- through online as a processing fee by using Debit Card /Net Banking or Credit Card.
 Fresh choice filling and locking should be done by the candidates.
 Since this is the final round of counselling , If any PG seat allotted to the candidate according to their choice filling, they should join without any deviation at any cost.
 The contact details of the Colleges and Fee structure prescribed by "COMMITTEE ON FIXATION OF FEES IN RESPECT OF SELF FINANCING PROFESSIONAL COLLEGES" are available in website

 All candidates should have original documents with them. No admission will be made without originals.

Eligibility criteria

(i) The candidates who have hold Sate Quota DNB broad speciality course are not allowed to participate in this round of counselling.
(ii) The candidates who have hold All India Quota/Deemed university seat is not eligible to participate in this round of counselling.
(iii) If the candidate get allotment under government quota in this round of counselling, their management quota seat (if the candidate holds the seat in both Government and Management Quota) will be cancelled automatically.

 If Seat allotted in this counselling according to their choices, they should report respective colleges else penalty will be charged.

For P.G. Degree Course Rs.15 lakh.

For P.G. Diploma Course Rs.10 lakh.

 Unless the aforesaid penalty amount is paid in total, the candidates will not be relieved and original certificates produced by the candidates at the time of admission will be retained by the concerned institution and they are not eligible to apply for two subsequent academic years for any Post Graduate Degree / Diploma Courses.

 Candidates selected for admission should give a self-declaration form at the time of the reporting to the concerned Medical College that he/she is liable for forfeiture of selection/admission if suppression of facts misinterpretation is found at any time during or after the admission to the course.

 Admission to PG Degree / Diploma courses shall be made by the ONLINE COUNSELLING on the basis of rank by applying the rule of reservation. The detailed online counselling procedures are available in Annexure.

 Candidates should pay the tuition fee and then download their provisional allotment order and join the course in the concerned Medical College on or before the stipulated date and time.

 The candidates should produce their original certificates in person at the time of joining in their selected Medical Colleges along with the scanned copy of original certificates to the concerned Medical Colleges.

The following documents are required for verification by the College authorities.

a) (i) NEET PG 2020-Score Card.

(ii) NEET PG 2020 Admit Card.

b) Aadhar card.

c) MBBS Degree Certificate and Diploma Certificate or Provisional Pass Certificate.

d) CRRI Completion Certificate.

e) Permanent Medical Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India /State Medical Council or provisional Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India/State Medical Council.

f) Community Certificate issued by the competent authority indicating the community status of candidates belonging to Backward Community/Backward Community (Muslim)/ Most Backward Community / Denotified Communities/ Schedule Caste/ Schedule Caste (Arunthathiyar).Scheduled Tribe candidates should produce community certificates issued by a Revenue Divisional Officer of the competent jurisdiction.

g) TNPSC/MRB (through competitive written examination) Selection & Posting Order for service candidates.

h) Nativity Certificate (if applicable) with supportive documents as mentioned in clause 2(b).

i) Eligibility Certificate, if applicable.

j) A copy of receipt of payment.

k) Post Card size colour photograph (4"x6") (size: 50kb to 300kb) the same photo that has been uploaded in NEET PG 2020 to be uploaded.

 Candidates are instructed to produce the above mentioned original Certificates/ Documents at the time of joining in the Medical College for certificate verification.

 The Tuition Fee paid at the time of downloading provisional allotment order is non-refundable if the candidate does not join nor discontinues the course.

Fees payable in Government Institutions for

PG Degree Rs 30,000/- Non refundable

PG Diploma Rs 20,000/- Non refundable

 The above fee structure is applicable for 2020-2021 admissions. The candidate should pay the above amount through ONLINE via Debit Card / Credit Card/Net Banking.

 The selected candidates have to pay any balance of the Tuition Fee (if any) and other special fees etc., at the time of admission in their respective colleges. Fees payable for Government Seats in Self-Financing institutions:
