According to a recent report by Jagran, the university system has deteriorated due to the affiliation with so many colleges. However, things are expected to pick up now that the college will be affiliated to the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University.

The MBBS course offered by the SN Medical College has been affiliated to Atal University since last month. There are 128 seats. All courses offered by the college will soon be affiliated to the same university. The university team inspected the medical college on Tuesday, 16th November 2021. The two-member team here looked at the ratio of students to the resources available as well as the number of teachers, in addition to testing the status of laboratories. They also interacted with teachers and students.

The principal of the college, Dr. Prashant Gupta informed Jagran that the affiliation with Atal University will be available for 2021-22 and approval for the same will be received this week.
