The complainant, O.P. Sharma, told reporters that he took his ill son on Sunday for treatment to the J.P. Hospital where he received a cough medicine on a doctor’s prescription.
While taking the medicine, his son noticed worms in the dose, said Sharma who also saw fungus in the phial.
