Dr Abhishek Kumar Shukla, MBBS, MD, DM (Cardiology), AFSCAL, FESC, is Head of the Interventional Cardiology Unit at Ajanta Hospital, Lucknow, and Consultant & Director at Pulse Heart Care, Indira Nagar, Lucknow. A gold medalist in MBBS (KGMU, Lucknow, 2007) and MD General Medicine (GSVM Medical College, Kanpur, 2011), he completed his DM in Cardiology from Rabindranath Tagore Medical College, Udaipur (2015). With over 10 years of experience in interventional cardiology, he has been a principal investigator in trials such as RECORD ACS and REOPEN and has multiple national and international publications. He is a member of the Cardiology Society of India and the Indian Medical Association and has performed over 15,000 interventional procedures, including complex angioplasty and advanced cardiac interventions.
