Dr Alexander Thomas (D.Orth, M.S. Orth, M. Phil. [HSSM], PGDMLE) is a Founding Member and Patron of several national healthcare associations, including the Association of Healthcare Providers India (AHPI), Association of National Board Accredited Institutions (ANBAI), and Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organizations (CAHO). He has over four decades of experience in the healthcare sector, playing a pivotal role in healthcare policy and education in India. Dr. Thomas has championed initiatives for healthcare communication standards, medical education reforms, and patient safety. He has authored numerous publications on healthcare quality, patient safety, and elder care. Dr. Thomas has received prestigious awards recognizing his outstanding contributions to the field, including the IMA Dr. M. G. Garg All-Time Achievement Award and the Waterfalls Global Award. He continues to influence healthcare policy through advisory roles at national and international levels, contributing to various committees and boards focused on healthcare improvement and education.
