Dr Rajendra Pratap Gupta is a public policy expert with over two decades of experience in healthcare, digital health, and policy-making. Currently, he serves as President of Global Digital Health Corporation. He has played a key role in shaping India’s National Health Policy 2017 and National Education Policy and has been an Advisor to the Health Minister of India. Dr Gupta is the founder of multiple digital health organizations, including Viksit Bharat Abhiyan and HIMSS India, and has been recognized as 'Thought Leader of the Year' by ICT Post. He has worked with global organizations like the UN, WHO, and the World Bank, and chairs dynamic coalitions at the Internet Governance Forum. Dr Gupta holds a BA in Tourism, Economics, and History from Banaras Hindu University and a B.Sc in Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology from V.B.S Purvanchal University. He completed executive education at Harvard Business School and Kellogg School of Management. He earned a Masters in Leading Innovation & Change from York St. John University and a PhD in Public Health from IIHMR University.
